Revenue Manager (all gender) for the brand Hapag-Lloyd Cruises

Responsibility for Hapag‐Lloyd Cruises' pricing, capacity and utilisation control with focus on optimisation of earnings Cooperation in the further development and operational implementation of the pricing strategy across all sales channels – incl. pricing architectures, supply and action logics as well as commercial guidelines for marketing and sales measures Independent, KPI-based management of daily business: analysis of booking behavior, utilisation and net yield as well as deriving targeted pricing and control measures Analysis of market, competition and product developments in the Luxury-Cruise environment to assess price positioning and commerciality Creation of analyses, forecasts and reporting as a basis for decision-making for management and management Central role in the standardization and automation of currently manual repentue management processes (including further development of KPIs, logics and tools, ensuring efficient and consistent end-to-end processes from the pricing system to the control) Close cooperation with flight department, sales and marketing for integrated capacity, price and action planning, as well as technical savings partners in cross-departmental projects

Completed economic studies or training/study in the field of tourism Multiannual experience in Revenue, Pricing or Yield Management, ideally also in the tourist environment Experience in forecasting, scenario analysis and decision preparation for management High analytical competence and strong numerical affinity Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI experience of advantage Structured, self-responsible operation with pronounced prioritization capacity
