During your internship in the field of food sensor technology and market validation, you support the team in operational day-to-day business and independently work on a project work. The daily business includes the execution of food sensory tests to evaluate the apetito menus You assess food and products in terms of taste, optics and texture in terms of customer expectations and market requirements You anticipate the derivation of recommendations for action to improve customer satisfaction with You work closely with marketing, product development and production for holistic product evaluation You prepare tastings and panels to evaluate (new) products and product optimizations and then carry them through You process a structured documentation as a decision-making basis for product releases

You are studying ecotrophology, food technology or similar First experiences with sensory methods are desirable, but no need The common office programs are not strange to you
