Head of the project to introduce Workday as finance and controlling software – from planning to successful rollout Modelling, standardization and digitization of finance and controlling processes in close cooperation with the financial sector, IT and external service providers Coordination and moderation of cooperation between end-users, experts, software partners and auditors – in compliance with legal frameworks, governance and timetables Support and operational support for change management measures and the organisation and implementation of user training Analysis of legal innovations in financial context and control of necessary adjustments together with internal and external stakeholders Structured documentation of project decisions, process design and implementation steps to ensure transparency and revision security
