Product Manager in Product Development Private Customers (Accident Insurance) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a specialist to strengthen our cross-species team in the product management of private customers. In our team you play a central role in the further development of our private customer portfolio. Your ideas shape our products and you work on modern and forward-looking insurance solutions for our customers and sales partners. Their main focus will be on private accident insurance products. Then get yourself in: You are initiative: you develop savings and product strategies for the private customer products of our association, in particular for accident insurance, thereby introducing your experience and creative ideas. You will keep track of market, portfolio and industry trends and take strategic measures to further develop products, tariffs and drawing policies. You take responsibility: You play a central role in the product development process, represent the interests of product development in cross-departmental working groups and act as project managers in product management. The product development is in your best hands: You are responsible for product development projects as an organizational project management, manage the process in compliance with legal framework conditions and ensure smooth implementation up to product publication. Their know-how is in demand: You drive product development in close cooperation with actuariat, damage, product marketing, law and technology and consistently align the products with customer and sales requirements.

Education: You have successfully completed their studies in the field of economics, ideally focusing on insurance. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification or training with corresponding professional experience. Experience: You bring experience in product development or from an operating area with the focus on private customers and project management - also with agile approaches. In addition, you have a basic understanding of the functioning and the sales and process requirements of (unfall) insurance products in the private customer segment. Experience with the sales service is desirable. Knowledge: You know the relevant planning, decision-making and presentation techniques and have very good knowledge in MS Office - especially in Excel. Complex issues can be presented in a precise and comprehensible way by communicating with the address. Personality: You like to work in the team and act independently as well as engaged. A pronounced sales, customer and service orientation is of course for you.
