Our construction and technology department is responsible for all structural developments in the construction and construction of new buildings - from technically demanding individual buildings and small projects to complex, supported large-scale projects such as the conversion of the Central OP, the GYN-OP and the Weaning Station as well as the further spatial development of the house in the city centre. For this responsible task we are looking for you in full or part-time (from about 32 hours / week possible) as experienced

in the field of construction management.

Own project management for small renovations as well as for large-scale projects supported in our clinic stock and the associated properties Coordination of all project participants: Internal departments, expert planners, architects and executives Project organisation from A to Z: correspondence, protocols, deadline and deadline tracking, cost control and documentation Supply and Costing: Pick up, check, commission, create cost estimates Participation in procurement processes and public tenders (including the public procurement portal DTVP) and in contract and follow-up management Consultation and technical clarification in cooperation with our technical teams and external specialist planners Audit and approval of all project services User talks lead, clarify requirements and integrate them into the planning and processes

Complete training as a technician, master, or a completed study in civil engineering, energy and building engineering, etc. Multiannual experience in managing and implementing technical construction projects (focus point TGA) Knowledge in electrical engineering is advantageous Communicative safety in the handling of architects, specialist planners and executive works Self-employed, responsible and solution-oriented working methods
