As part of the area of approval management, the Working Group on Land Use is responsible for the collection of private-law, administrative and building regulations permits for the projects of the Berlin electricity grid. In addition, it secures the necessary property rights through funeral agreements and other safeguards. The working group takes over the central coordination between authorities, property owners and other project participants to ensure the necessary permits and property rights.
