In addition to the contract and association work in Hessen, our main tasks include the political and media representation of interests in the healthcare sector. Your duties

• Evaluation of regional supply structures, in particular in the field of outpatient medical care, and analysis of needs and structures. Then develop concrete positions of the TK for the negotiations in Hesse.
• Negotiations in the field of outpatient medical care against the background of superior contractual strategies and requirements - as well as preparing and conducting own analyses
• TK represented in external bodies and in associations at national level
• Analyzing and controlling complex contracts and examining bills and clarifying interpretation issues
• To coordinate positioning and strategies with internal bodies

Your profile

• Complete university studies, ideally in the fields of economics or health economics, alternatively relevant professional experience in the field of statutory health insurance
• Experience in contract design and negotiation
• Funded knowledge in controlling *Expressed analytical and conceptual skills
