Location: Munich

They support our team recruiting and learn how to develop the appropriate recruiting strategy for each job. The following activities belong to your tasks: Active candidate search and address: Through various online portals and career networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing), I research specifically for suitable candidates. I will contact potential candidates and inform them about open positions. Implementation of first phone interviews to make a pre-selection. Pre-selection and application management: After viewing the application documents received, I select candidates based on specified criteria. Care of the applicant management system to organize the process of recruitment and to make it clear. Job advertisements and qualification profiles: Support in creating and publishing job advertisements on various job portals. Completion of qualifications profiles to show the requirements of the positions in detail. Staff support: Support and support of existing employees in organisational matters. Recruiting projects and process optimization: Support in preparing and implementing recruiting projects, e.g. by creating PowerPoint presentations. With the help of the organization and participation in career fairs. Support for internal process optimization, such as improving the folder structure or other administrative processes. Construction of candidate pools: Support in setting up and maintaining candidate pools in order to be able to access suitable candidates in the future. Support for employer branding and HR marketing: Working on projects to strengthen the employer brand, such as social media campaigns or recruiting events
