Technical and operational management of the printing and scanning centre and the telephone center with currently a total of 10 employees Processing of copying and printing jobs, in particular personnel division, work preparation, post-processing and quality control Application of external printing service providers for special (partial) services Processing of design orders from the services according to the corporate design of the city administration Technical support of the scanning centre, including the first contact person*in for recurring technical problems and other questions
