REQUIREMENTS Organisation, implementation and evaluation of multi-site and divisional personnel marketing measures with employee-winning and binding elements to increase external and internal employer attractiveness (messe appearances, advertising campaigns, events) Selection and management of sustainable advertising material Organisation and coordination of annual sponsoring activities including communication with sponsored persons Creation of press releases and advertisements, communication with press representatives Organisation of the annual anniversary celebration and support in the organization of other image events (company jubilees, Christmas celebrations, summer parties, celebration hours, special events, open day, etc.) Building and Care of the Career Social Media Channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.) incl. Content creation, monitoring and reporting Head of the editorial team of the employee magazine and writing contributions Trendscout: Acquisition of targeted research activities on various topics and trends as well as competition observation incl. Benchmarking Budget Planning and Cost Controlling for Personal Marketing Participation in projects of the Prinzhorn Group or Coordination of subprojects

PROFIL Complete studies in media, communications or economics or comparable qualifications Including professional experience in personal marketing, employer branding and public relations Very good language and writing skills (texts) Flowing German knowledge, good English skills (B2 level) High technological affinity (especially online media, social media) and routined handling of MS Office Knowledge of the application of graphic design systems (Canva) desirable High service, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action Ability to optimally structure processes, continuously improve and set priorities (analytical and conceptual skills) Communication strength, high consulting skills and strong conviction A proactive, independent, structured and targeted way of working
