Translation of all certification, customer and regulatory requirements into operational practice, in close cooperation with production managers and sales, to ensure that all external requirements are clearly and understandably anchored in the QMS system and understood and implemented on site Continuous evaluation and verification of changes (Gap analysis) to identify new requirements at an early stage, to address them in a targeted manner and to derive necessary adjustments in the QMS Identification of areas where compliance can be improved and development of action plans to implement improvements Responsibility for design and continuous optimization of QM core systems (e.g. HACCP, internal audit program, supplier qualification, deviation/CAPA and complaint management) Participation in the creation of tailor-made training programs for different departments to ensure that all employees understand the internal requirements and are informed about the latest developments and changes in the QMS requirements

Degree in food technology, (food)chemistry, bioprocess engineering, pharmaceutical technology, process engineering or comparable qualifications Mind. 3 years of professional experience in quality management, ideally with a high number of cross-functional interfaces and associated stakeholder management Detectionable implementation competence of GFSI standards (IFS Food, FSSC 22000) and HACCP is absolutely necessary Strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills as well as project management skills High affinity for digital solutions and passion for the use and analysis of data for process optimization and success measurement Impressive measure of willingness to use, self-initiative and organisational talent Strong communication and problem-solving competence in team-wide cooperation Very safe handling of standard software MS-Office (especially Excel), SAP and statistic programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
