Team Leader Accounts Payable & Process Optimization (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in creditor accounting including further development of employees and processes Analysis, design and continuous optimization of end-to-end processes taking into account modern system landscapes (e.g. SAP, Serrala, OCR) Control and expansion of automation in invoice processing to increase efficiency and quality Definition, monitoring and further development of relevant KPIs for performance and process control Close cooperation with central accounting, financial areas, IT and external stakeholders in projects, audits and system adjustments Responsibility for support processes, system configurations and technical developments in the SAP environment

Found experience in creditor accounting, ideally focusing on automated accounting Multiannual leadership experience with strong team and result orientation High IT affinity and interest in digital solutions and process automation Practical experience in process design, analysis and optimization Very good SAP knowledge and ideal experience with VBA/Makroentwicklung Excellent service orientation, analytical and structured working methods and very good knowledge of German and good English
