This is exactly where our IT team starts: We ensure that networks, servers and production-related systems are secure, available and future-oriented at all times. As an IT system administrator, you are in the middle of what is happening – close to the production lines, close to colleagues and close to the technologies that keep our company running. With your know-how and your view for solutions, you are crucial in avoiding failures, optimizing processes and continuously developing our production environment. Curiosity, sense of responsibility and the joy of connecting technology and people are just as important as your technical understanding. From now on and indefinitely we are looking for you as IT system administrator (all genders) in our work in Sennfeld.

You are the first contact person for all IT topics of your colleagues on site – patient, solution-oriented and at eye level You take care of the installation, maintenance and configuration of servers and clients in close coordination with our central IT in Hamburg You are responsible for the management and procurement of our hardware (laptops, tablets, smartphones etc.) You enter our network and set accounts, accesses and production-related systems (e.g. printers, scanners) You accept IT requests in the Servicedesk, prioritize tickets and support our colleagues in the central IT You document processes in a comprehensible and create structured guidelines that help everyone in everyday life

You have a completed training – ideally with IT cover – and bring first practical experience with You know Windows Server (2019 / 2022 / 2025) and Windows 10 & 11 Knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Intune are welcome – but no need. We support you LAN, WLAN, routing as well as hardware and software, firewalls and virus scanners are familiar to you You work independently, structured and keep an overview even in complex situations You are actively addressing problems and finding pragmatic, sustainable solutions You are flexible and can adjust yourself well to new or unexpected situations You like to work in the team and have the pleasure of facilitating working day with your expertise You have very good German and good English skills
