You will get to know the planning and organisation of various events at our university center (e.g. lectures, information events, semester openings and graduate diversity) You are a contact person for lecturers and students with questions about appointments, rooms and event technology You take care of the events and the preparation and follow-up You support the development of concepts for conferences, conferences, lectures, graduate meetings or information events The provision of materials and the construction of functional technology is one of your tasks as well as the calculation of costs and the creation of services In addition, you will have the opportunity to look over the edge of the plate during your entire training and to deal with cross-sector topics.
