In your working day: Technical support: As a key player in second-level support, you support colleagues in all questions about IT systems and ensure that problems are solved quickly and reliably.

System administration: The installation, maintenance and maintenance of all Windows client systems is within your responsibility to ensure that our IT runs stable and safe at all times.
