The marketing team controls the activities in the direct business and is responsible for the website and the telesales activities. You are responsible for the number-based development and control of our external service center partners for telephone sales Through the continuous optimization of consulting quality, you contribute significantly to the positive brand perception of AGILA pet insurance AG and make satisfied customers from interested parties Through a constant high conversion rate, you will ensure the achievement of this important sales channel To ensure our customer-oriented quality standards, you take on the training and further training of external colleagues You are responsible for the interface between our specialist departments and the external partner, thus ensuring smooth operations You are on site at least two days a week with our partner

You have already gained several years of experience in the disciplinary and professional management of a telephone sales service team in the field of insurance You have a completed commercial training You bring a high affinity for sales-oriented key figures and processes with Efficiency and a great passion for telephone sales Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
