Construction Manager (m/w/d) Civil Engineering, Road and Sewer Construction

My cooperation partner is a locally rooted and family-run general contractor, who specialises in municipal civil engineering. About 50 colleagues are responsible for local projects (developments, sewer construction, road construction and comparable civil engineering projects). As a construction manager, you take responsibility for projects that contribute significantly to the expansion of the Schleswig-Holstein infrastructure.

Graduate in Civil Engineering (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) or comparable qualifications (Construction Technicians) Corresponding professional experience in a comparable position Served handling of MS Office applications and ideally RIB iTwo experience Knowledge of the building contract law and the VOB Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent, committed and independent way of working Enforcement and negotiation skills complete your profile
