The Volaris portfolio includes more than 200 companies. The management of the Volaris portfolio companies and port films operates autonomously with a high degree of self-responsibility and is embedded in a network of like-minded, best practices and an international environment. We are now looking for 65 employees on behalf of our client a dynamic Head of Finance, Controlling, Administration (m/w/d)*

Together with your small team, you are responsible for the correct and timely monthly/quarterly consolidated financial reporting of the company and ensure both compliance with internal and external reporting rules and requirements according to HGB and IFRS. In addition, you are responsible for the office and facility management of the site. Based on extensive Excel modeling, pipeline and cost analysis, you create meaningful quarterly forecasts. In addition, calculate and monitor key performance indicators based on internal policies and comparative variables. The company plays a leading role in the German portfolio. In this context, you are responsible for the handling of the intercompany processes. They are Sparring partners for the management and management team to develop business plans, financial targets and accurate forecasts together. In addition, contact persons for group management in Germany and portfolio management in Denmark for all topics in the area of responsibility.

You have successfully completed your economics studies with a focus on accounting / controlling and have a multiannual professional practice in responsible management in the financial sector, ideally in the software industry. They have excellent know-how regarding the creation of HGB, IFRS and are familiar with a monthly and quarterly group reporting. Practical professional experiences with DATEV are of advantage. With a solution-oriented mindset as well as the willingness to pack with yourself and enter deep into matter if necessary, you are right with us. At the same time, give your team the necessary technical and personal support to achieve excellent performance together. In addition, you are a communication-intensive business partner and convince by their winning, dynamic appearance as well as their strong analytical skills. Very good English skills, as well as true passion for Excel complete their profile.
