Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

You are a contact person for the respective shift team (about 10 employees) and you will inform them accordingly and report directly to the location management Control of all operational activities in the respective sphere of responsibility Coordination with goods inputs, material retrieval, storage, clarification cases Working with KPI and process optimizations Responsibility of security issues Keeping order and cleanliness

Complete vocational training in the field of logistics and additionally acquired qualification (e.g. logistics master or similar specialist training) Long-standing professional experience and leadership experience in logistics Forklifts Proof of qualification for industrial truck and/or crane System knowledge: SAP, MS Office are advantageous Willingness to work in the 2-shift service (breakfast 05:30 - 14:00 & Late shift 13:30 - 22:00 if necessary also day shift from 06:00 - 15:00 possible) Good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-employed and reliable working methods & good team and communication skills
