Your main tasks include: As a front desk manager/in you become part of our management team and work closely with our front office manager and its deputy In the absence of the Front Office Manager, you are the main contact for our international guests as well as for our team and ensure the smooth running within the department With us you can translate your already collected leadership experience into practice and independently guide layers, and you also work on specialist projects with You know what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as unforgettable as possible You will be happy to share your expertise with your team and share your experience with your colleagues in the course of training, and you will also conduct employee talks independently You are advising our guests in all matters and always have the right answer You work together with the team to achieve the department goals You also keep a cool head in complicated situations and know how to deal with guest complaints through expertise and find a solution – you have learned that you can also transform negative impressions with the right setting into positive memories

Be distract. You have a completed training in the hotel and several years of professional experience in a leadership position at the front office with corresponding employee responsibility and experience in team management. You enjoy communicating in different languages - fluent in German and English You have an exemplary appearance combined with good handling forms. You like to work on the computer, have good opera skills, are flexible, ready to use, have pleasure in your profession and seek a new challenge.
