Supporting our customers and supporting our sales in all residential construction and financing issues including “Wohnriester” Own-responsible processing and approval of financing requests within the framework of the competence order Processing and evaluation of rating-relevant credit commitments Implementation of credit analysis for the customer segments natural persons, freelancers and self-employed Analysis and assessment of collateral Control of the timely payment and execution of the corresponding correspondence

Training as a banking businessman with further qualification as a banking businessman or equivalent training Professional experience in credit and above-average knowledge in credit business Knowledge of the analysis of income income income calculations and economic evaluations Self-employed and targeted work Embossed customer and service orientation inside and outside Flexibility and commitment High level of team capacity
