To strengthen the “Customer Service and Support & Quality Assurance” department at our headquarters in Rellingen, we are looking for the next possible appointment

Telephone and written customer support in technical hardware support including fault analysis, repair support Collection of all relevant customer operations in the CRM system Technical contact for the Service Station Netz as well as support in the operator support for representation Processing of special technical cases including repair, error evaluation, B-ware processing, hardware modifications and credit checks Monitoring and safeguarding product quality including reporting to YAMAHA Japan Cooperation in the European team of experts and active participation in process optimization, consulting quality and customer satisfaction Implementation of technical training and seminars and support for sales at trade fairs Identification and designation of product improvements from customer perspective

A completed technical training or a comparable qualification An analytical, structured way of working and the willingness to work into new areas Ideally experience as a service technician (m/w/d) Good communication and organizational capacity, joy in dealing with people and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach Team spirit and desire to advance things together Very good knowledge of German and reliable English in word and writing Joy of music and technology, ideally connect both Professional handling of test and measurement technology (oscilloscope, multimeter) Ideally experience in handling customers (m/w/d) and service partner companies Wi-Fi6, DHCP, DNS, PING are not foreign words for you
