Project Lawyer M&A/Corporate (m/f/d)

You work with internationally operating companies, mainly from the technology and communication industry and the life sciences sector. As a lawyer (m/w/d), our clients advise you on the daily social issues and coordinate corporate housekeeping and governance activities worldwide. You work closely with colleagues from the Bird & Bird network. You support clients, for example, in the establishment of companies, the creation of company decisions, the establishment and publication of annual accounts, in the case of smaller restructurings and compliance with company law, in the design of authorisations and in the exchange of managing directors, and coordinate the corresponding commercial register applications. You act as a link between Mandant and Notariat and keep in mind the relevant social processes.

You have two State Examina and desirable foreign study experience. Reliable professional experience in the field of corporate law / corporate housekeeping is desirable. Very good knowledge of German and English and a professional, strong communication belong to your strengths.
