Administrative tasks relating to certifications, audits and legal requirements. Support in the documentation and time tracking of e.g. recurring tests or training in emergency management. Creating action instructions and workflows for relevant facility management security issues. Support in the creation of presentations for work protection committee meetings or information materials for e-learnings and intranet contributions on occupational safety and health promotion. Coordination of interface work between Occupational Health Management, Facility Management and other departments. Qualifications Study in the field of occupational health management, safety engineering, economic engineering Facility Manager, Sustainable Science and Technology - Focus on occupational safety or comparable. Analytical thinking, structured working and self-organization. Good communication skills, team spirit and sovereign appearance. Basic knowledge of the Industrial Protection Act. very good knowledge in handling Google products (Google Workspace), safe handling of content management systems. Willingness to introduce ideas for implementing AI in the field of occupational safety and to implement them jointly in practical projects. Very good knowledge of German.
