Advising and accompanying, as well as independent taxes and guidance of large and complex projects to further develop our Salesforce Landscape (Fokus Consumer Goods Cloud) Identification and implementation of innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in Salesforce Cooperation with specialist areas for the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Monitoring and management of the Lifecycles of the responsible services (hardware, software, suppliers, partners, etc.) Creation of IT manuals and training materials as needed and, where appropriate, Implementation of training Ensuring current documentation, processes, operating concepts of the responsible services Collection, comparison, selection, recommendation and order after approval of all relevant components of the responsible or processed Sales Force Services Ensuring troubleshooting of the Services (1st Level, 2nd Level, 3rd Level - International) Implementation of adequate communication for all relevant cases (user, IT leadership, partners, manufacturers, etc.)

Completed studies of (economic) informatics and/or completed IT vocational training with relevant further education Multiannual professional experience in the CRM sector in international companies Certifications in the context of Salesforce e.g. Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Marketing Administrator, etc. Experience with Salesforce projects and their implementation, as well as knowledge in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, AMPScript) Experience with Flows and other declarative development methods or Low-Code Tools of the Salesforce Platform Experiences in the area CI/CD, Visual Studio Code Knowledge of Salesforce Core Tools (e.g. Sales Cloud), desirable: Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud Experience in the integration of Salesforce with other systems German and English language skills in word and writing Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and implement new technologies and best practices Structured and administrative skills, as well as solution-oriented approach to challenges
