Support in customer service: cooperation in the care of our existing customers around private health insurance (PKV) Contract & Document Support: Participation in the examination, maintenance and documentation of existing PKV contracts Digital Processes: Work with modern systems and tools in the digital insurance centre and take over administrative tasks Quality & teamwork: Support in ensuring our service quality and cooperation in developing internal processes

Immatrikulation: You are a registered student (m/w/d) at a university or college, ideally interested in insurance, business, administration or back office activities Careful & Structured Operation: You work reliably, accurately and independently Organisational strength: You also keep track of multiple tasks Motivation & Learning: You want to gain practical experience in the back office and develop professionally Very good German knowledge: Safe to negotiate in word and writing (min. C1)
