We are looking for our location in Heide as

Schleswig-Holstein's west coast has more to offer than fresh wind and attractive holiday destinations. VISHAY BCcomponents BEYSCHLAG GmbH has been part of the Vishay Group since the end of 2002 and is one of the largest employers in the region with its around 530 employees. At the Heide development and production site, we produce high-precision thin-film resistors in billion pieces. In addition to the resistors, further innovative components such as temperature sensors, SMD chip fuses and thermal fuses are also produced. Our components are used e.g. in industrial electronics, automotive and telecommunications.

Capacity and production planning for the in-house production lines Interface between site production and global marketing and sales Care and development of planning processes and systems Ensuring the inventory targets and the delivery performance of your own responsibility Analysis of data on customer order behavior and demand developments Further development of reporting Active escalation management incl. development of (conflict) solutions Key User for SAP Users Work in multi-functional and multi-site teams

completed commercial training, first professional experience desirable Secure handling of SAP or a comparable ERP system Very good MS Office knowledge Very good German and English in word and writing Organizational, analytical understanding, result-oriented thinking and pragmatic and independent working methods Communication and team skills and enforcement
