Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Our EMEA team is working to further advance the impressive expansion in the region – to become bites for bites – and the regional market leader for brand protein snacks. This position is located in Ansbach. Brief description of what we are looking for: Personally responsible implementation of the monthly wage and salary bill for a defined group of employees Maintenance and management of personnel master files and accounting information Contact person for employees, executives and external bodies (authorities, health insurance companies, insurance companies) in all billing-related questions Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax and social insurance regulations Creation of evaluations, reports and statistics for HR and management Support for annual accounts (e.g. pay tax certificates, SV notifications, annual reports) Working on projects to further develop and digitize payroll processes Close cooperation with HR administration, finance and external service providers

EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit are required. Please note that no moving support is offered for this position. Education: The general level of education which is typically found in persons who exercise this role. A specific training is normally not a mandatory requirement and should not lead to the exclusion of potential candidates with a lower degree of education. Professional experience: general as well as possibly Leadership experience describes the number of years of professional experience that is typically necessary to be successful in this role. Behavior competencies: Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel or in pay accounting Multiannual professional experience in payroll (industrial or 3-shift system) – ideally as a senior or in a comparable function Very good knowledge of tax, social security and labour law Experience in dealing with standard pay accounting systems (e.g. SAP HCM, DATEV, LOGA, UKG or comparable systems) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel High accuracy, sense of responsibility and discretion Self-employed, reliable and structured work Embossed service orientation and joy in team work Good knowledge of English
