You can do this with us:

• Maintenance, tours and inspections (TGA + buildings)
• Coordination of entrepreneurs: registration, instruction and acceptance of work
• Replacement of lighting equipment and small maintenance work
• Organisation and accompaniment of moving within the object
• Editing tickets created by the users of the building
• Voting with contact persons of the customer to all master and service services

We wish you:

• Technical training in the field of electrical engineering, HLS (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities)
• EFKffT certificate available or willingness to acquire this via training
• First experience in technical building management / facility management of advantage
• Strong communication with customers and users
• Very good organizational skills
• Self-responsible and structured operation
• Team skills and service-oriented thinking
• Driving class B desirable
