Development and implementation of creative social media content for our employer branding Support in creating and developing our social media strategy Planning, creation and publication of posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and other meta platforms Supporting the community, answering comments and promoting exchange with our target group Support in the switching and optimization of meta-campaigns as well as employer-branding displays Circuit and care of job advertisements on different job markets and career pages

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d), ideally in the field of BWL, marketing, communication, media, psychology or a comparable degree program You are passionate about social media and know different content formats Ideally, you have already gained first experience in employer branding, social media management or online marketing You have a sense of targeted communication and can prepare content authentically and creatively You work structured, independent, and bring organizational talent You are flexible with changes and like to introduce your own ideas Structured operation and initiative: you work organized, reliable and independent; you also keep an overview of several projects and bring your own ideas
