For our hospital laboratory at the DRK Klinikum in Ratzeburg we are looking for an (m/w/d) at the next possible time Leading medical technologyn Technolog*en in full or part-time.

They are responsible for the technical laboratory management. With your cooperation, you support the further development of our quality management system. You create the service plans of your colleagues within the department. In your activity, you act as a central contact person*in for all clinic departments.

You have completed your vocational training as a medical-technical assistantin (MTL) (m/w/d) or medical-technical assistantin (MTLA) (m/w/d). Ideally, you have knowledge of employee management. The willingness to participate in the changing layer system is of course for you. They are team-ready, communicative and highly responsible. Your appearance is friendly and accommodating.
