Account Management Associate - Change Requests / Governance (m/f/d)

At the Harsewinkel site, you work closely on customer projects as Account Management Associate - Change Requests / Governance (m/w/x), advances changes and promotes clear results. The position shall be fixed for 2 years.

Control of Change Requests & Governance: You will structure change requests from timeline to documentation to clear communication to all stakeholders:inside and escalate topics as needed. Creation of cost suggestions & Scope of Works: Based on customer briefings, you will develop resilient cost proposals, define performance volumes and support sound decision-making processes. Analysis & Optimization of Business Processes: Existing processes are analyzed, developed and harmonised by you, especially in the interaction of different locations and in the SAP CRM environment. Preparation & Accompanying Customer Dates: You prepare QBR's content, take first customer appointments independently and ensure a structured refurbishment. Business Cases & Scenario Rating: Economic Business Cases are created by you, different scenarios are evaluated and discussed together with internal and external partners.

Academic background: You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering of Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification. First practical experience: Ideally, you get first experience in sales, account management or in logistics or logistics. Healthcare environment with. IT- & analysis competence: Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, as well as a high IT affinity – SAP CRM experiences are beneficial. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least C1). Working & Personality: A pronounced hand-on mentality, empathy power as well as a clear, binding and structured communication characterize you.
