You are responsible for the sustainable economic success of the site and manage its business development; guide the business unit with entrepreneurial thinking and strategic vision You systematically expand the regional network, identify market potentials proactively and acquire turnkey construction projects of private and commercial clients As a procurer (m/w/d) you represent your branch and GOLDBECK convincingly and confidently to builders, partners, associations and political decision-makers in the region You give orientation, promote the existing team, develop the second leadership level in a targeted manner and create a culture of reliability, willingness to perform and mutual retention You work closely and trustfully with the management of the Northeast Regional Society and actively contribute innovative impulses to the management team

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), architecture or a comparable technical qualification with sound commercial understanding Multiannual leadership or sales experience in turnkey construction Proofable successes in the acquisition, pleasure in building relationships with regional customers and convincing presence as a brand ambassador (m/w/d) Embossed reaction strength, frustration tolerance and perseverance Structured view for organization and processes, paired with a packing hands-on mentality Valuable personality with a natural role model effect and a subtle sense of winning people for new ways readiness to travel within the region and, if necessary, nationwide You want to move forward as an entrepreneurial head, unlock new market opportunities and build on a strong team that will strengthen your back?
