Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d)

● You support the management in the organization of day-to-day business, coordinate the disposition and tour planning, and take over tasks and decision-making powers specified in the absence of the management. ● You monitor ongoing orders, make flexible use of short-term changes or disruptions and, together with drivers, employees and disposition, ensure smooth operation. ● You organize vehicles, workshop appointments and repairs, support staff and operational planning and pay attention to compliance with the legal requirements in the transport, hazardous goods and work protection area.

● You have experience in the organization and coordination of a fleet or freight forwarding operation, as well as a well-founded knowledge in disposition and tour planning. ● You have a technical understanding of utility and tank vehicles and ideally know the regulations on dangerous goods transport, safety and working, steering and rest periods. ● You work independently and responsibly, communicate safely with employees, customers and business partners and master current MS Office applications as well as operational software solutions.
