The AWO Bildungswerk Thüringen gGmbH is a subsidiary of AWO in Thuringia and a recognized free carrier of adult education in the Free State. The dedicated team of the educational institution also develops individualized educational opportunities in the form of in-house events, organizes themed specialized days or organizes digital theme cafés. We are looking for a managing director (m/w/d) at the closest possible time, who develops our education with strategic vision, enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills and actively shapes the future. This will support the personnel development of AWO in Thuringia and interested companies in a sustainable and forward-looking manner. After successful incorporation, the perspective is to assume the overall responsibility in the management. The position shall be filled in full-time indefinitely.
