Caretaker (m/w/d) - Part-time (Neuss - Pierburg)

We are now looking for a reliable homemaster (m/w/d) for an object in Neuss, Alfred-Pierburg-Straße (Pierburg), who also takes over regular outdoor cleaning in addition to general housekeeping activities. Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 and Tuesday and Thursday are flexible from 6:00 to 18:00. We look forward to your application. Your duties

• General master's activities (Botendienst u.a.)
• Cleaning and maintenance of outdoor facilities (Rasen mähen, Kehrdienst etc.)
• Small maintenance work
• Reporting of damage and vulnerabilities

Your profile

• Good knowledge of German for effortless communication with the customer and colleagues (at least C1) mandatory
• Activity experience combined with a pronounced attention to detail required
