You accompany pharmacies on site and remotely in building a modern, digi­tal cooperation with our tax consultancy. You will select the appropriate DMS management systems together with the client: to set them up and set them up for a stable start. You train pharmacists: in dealing with DMS, digital document processes and portal soldering. You set up points of intersection on goods management systems and other sources of support, autonomously and in cooperation with software providers. You ensure the quality of the digi­tal processes and support problemes even after the go-live (after-sales support). You are the first respondent to the needs of the client for digi­tal questions. You are helping to establish our newly educated specialized digitalization team.

Completed training or studies in the IT environment or a comparable, practice-based qualification Experience in the introduction and management of IT systems, ideally DMS or goods management solutions Knowledge or first contact points with suppliers of goods in pharmacies are a plus Basic understanding of accounting processes, data flows and digi­tal intersections Very good knowledge of German as well as sophisticated digital activities Joy in direct work with Mandant: both in and in the intimate communication of technological content Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and a good sense of practical implementation Standing for regular travel (approximately 50%) and possession of Class B licence
