Construction manager / Joint venture manager for railway infrastructure projects (m/f/d)

Design: Commercial support and management of working communities in construction – from the foundation to the dissolution Contract management: participation in the creation of BieGe and ARGE contracts and close coordination with technical and commercial management and the ARGE partners Guided tour: Specialized guidance of construction traders employed in employment Control: Implementation of the settlement to the ARGEN and the contractor as well as examination of the internal settlements between the ARGE partners Transparency: preparation of forecasts, results and monthly production including liquidity management and risk assessment, preparation and participation in supervisory board meetings

Qualification: Completed commercial training, ideally as a contractor (m/w/d), or a study of business management, construction and industrial engineering Experience: Multiannual experience in the commercial development of construction projects, preferably in working communities (ARGE) and cooperation or responsibility in technical or commercial management Knowledge of the legal foundations of ARGEN from the foundation to the dissolution and safe application in practice Accounting: Very good knowledge of the accounting of ARGEN, accounting, accounting and liquidity management Personality: Structured, Analytical and Solution-oriented mode of operation and sovereign occurrence in cooperation with internal and external partners Flexibility: willingness to participate regularly in on-site appointments in the construction offices of our ongoing construction projects for direct exchange with the project teams
