The position is occupied as part of a succession scheme and offers you the opportunity to develop yourself as a technical consultant or technical consultant with a focus on project sales. Your tasks Customer consulting & solution development: You analyze the requirements of our customers and develop tailor-made technical concepts in the areas of automation and control technology and OT security with your team. Offer and project work: You calculate projects, create offers and budgets and accompany them from the first request to the implementation in close coordination with the project teams. Technical interface: As a link between management, project management and customers, you translate ideas and technical requirements into economically viable and practical solutions. Customer support & further development: You care about existing, long-term customer relationships, recognize new needs and reveal matching solutions at eye level. Technical background, e.g. automation, electrical engineering, control technology, TGA or IT with consulting focus Professional experience in project distribution, engineering or in specialist planning Communication strength and joy in customer consulting Basic commercial understanding (calculations, project evaluation) Minor readiness to travel (approx. 10-20 %, mainly North Germany) Good knowledge of German, solid English
