We occupy the position at the next possible time to strengthen our team in Munich Consultant (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (from 30 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. We offer housing, gastronomic facilities, kitas, a consultancy network and a cultural programme and manage the promotion of training. We are responsible for 15 high schools in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. The sourcing unit forms a central cutting point for all procurement activities. It is composed of the purchasing and the awarding body and is responsible for the efficient and economic coverage of needs. The contracting authority shall carry out tender procedures in accordance with the applicable procurement directives, ensuring transparency, fairness and equal opportunities in the process.

Preparing and implementing national and European tendering procedures up to the award of contracts, taking into account and complying with the legal regulations and the relevant legal instruments and follow-up management Support and counselling of demand makers in matters relating to procurement projects and related award documents and other stakeholders Continuous management of a legally secure documentation of all stages of the award procedure Technical cooperation and participation in the establishment and continuous optimization of contract and award processes and internal guidelines

A successful degree of higher education, preferably from the ad­vance of public administration or management (e.g. Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration or Management) or from the economics, or the completion of the technical examination II or qualification examination for the third level of qualification of the specialist Including professional experience in procurement Good knowledge of procurement and contract law It will be possible to extend and deepen existing knowledge in a regular manner, and to enable them to quickly become involved in new, complex tasks.
