• 40 hours per week

Your duties

• Technical guidance and instruction of the building service team and coordination of all contractually agreed technical services in the object
• First contact point for tracking and maintaining defects as well as for all technical requirements for the customer on site
• Ensuring troubleshooting, maintenance and smooth operation in the shopping center
• Scheduled planning, organisation and performance

Your profile

• Complete technical training in the field of electrical, sanitary, ventilation, heating and/or air conditioning, or in a comparable profession
• Multi-year leadership experience in technical building services
• Secure PC knowledge and experience in handling CAFM systems
• Class B licence
• High level of self-organization, safe occurrence to customers and reliability and service orientation
