They sometimes take over the securing of the subscription extensions of the European customer portfolio and the related deliveries. You are also responsible for the accounting including the creation of customer accounts (SAP...). Following tasks await you:

• Ensuring subscription extensions of the European customer portfolio and related deliveries
• Invoicing including the creation of customer accounts (SAP...)
• elaboration, consolidation and follow-up of customer requests and complaints and associated action plans, which include problem solutions and reductions
• inform customers about trends and behaviour
• Ensuring favorable relationships between Airbus Helicopters and these customers
• Cooperation with all other departments involved to coordinate activities in accordance with the requirements and problems encountered: AirbusWorld, Support Doc, Logistics, etc.
• Ensuring customer access to TIPI / TIPI backup activities
• Data cleaning

We wish:

• A completed study in International Management, a completed commercial vocational training, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in IT, customer service, and public relations / communication management
• A dynamic, proactive, solution- and customer-oriented operation
• German and negotiated knowledge of English
• Tools: MS-Office, SAP, Google Workspace
