As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. The Cyber Innovation Hub of the Bundeswehr (CIH) is the “Change Agent” of our armed forces. The CIH bridges between the Bundeswehr and the startup world with a diverse team of soldiers, reserve service providers and civilian employees. Our vision: “Empowering Innovation in Defence”. The Procurement Law department is located in the area of BWI's Procurement and consists of 10 colleagues who deal with all procurement and civil and contractual issues, including CIH. Collaboration at eye level is just as important to us as mutual support within the team. Advising the Cyber Innovation Hub department in procurement and contract law issues Creation and testing of award documents and contracts for CIH, also in English Accompanying sub-swelling and overswelling procurement projects for CIH Accompanying part of complex contractual negotiations, also in English Development of model contracts and standard documents for CIH, also in English Takeover of legal research tasks Interface to other departments (e.g. data protection, IT security, compliance, export controls) Organisational integration and reporting in Procurement Law

Legal training with 2nd State Exams and as relevant professional experience as possible (min. 3 years) in procurement and contract law, professional experience in the field of procurement Entrepreneurial, conceptual thinking and action Ability to develop legal and pragmatic ways even under complex legal frameworks Engagement, flexibility and resilience Independent cooperative working style German and English knowledge in word and writing
