We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of measurement and counters:

Digitization: In pilot projects for the digitization of the energy transition, you are responsible for the employees and service providers. This includes the installation, replacement, conversion and removal of counters and devices as well as the commissioning of counter transmission devices.

Optimizations: In case of troubleshooting and system control, you will work with and set optimizations within the Mondays.

Consultation: You advise specialist planners, installation companies, customers and authorities and with regard to technical requirements and their implementation.

Claims: You process complaints by phone and in writing as well as on site.

Expertise: You support the state of counter and remote control technology, distribution and installation technology as well as the necessary technical knowledge, VDE regulations, technical rules and standards (UVV, TAB).

Qualification as a technician (m/w/d) or

Good knowledge of relevant technical rules and standards and regulations and laws

High level of initiative and commitment, customer orientation and organisational capacity

Good user knowledge MS Office, SAP and relevant IT systems

Class B driving licence
