Managing Director - Condominium Administration / Real Estate (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the economic, organizational and personal management of the company You develop the WEG administration business unit strategically, taking into account current legal framework conditions, in particular the WEG reform Ensure legal, efficient and service-oriented management of housing owners communities You lead, develop and motivate a qualified team You control and optimise internal processes and digitize management processes You are responsible for the migration to a new ERP system (Impower) and the rollout of a new CRM system (Casavi) with the aim of digitizing and automating the administrative processes

You have at least 6 years of well-founded experience in managing WEG You have deep knowledge of housing property law and a secure understanding of the relevant legal and business relationships You can demonstrate demonstrable leadership experience and have the ability to develop teams structuredly You think entrepreneurial and have a pronounced understanding of numbers and costs You are confident about owners: inside, advisory and business partners: inside You have experience in managing owner meetings and professionally dealing with complex interests
