Project Manager District Heating (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the planning and implementation of district heating projects Control of all phases of the project including approval procedures, truss procurement and basic building analyses Creation and monitoring of cost, budget and investment plans Coordination and control of engineering offices, contractors and construction models Ensuring quality, appointments and compliance with legal requirements incl. Claim management

Complete study in the technical field, ideally civil engineering or thermal engineering More than five years of experience in projects of deep or plant engineering with a focus on project management Funded knowledge in the management of service providers and in construction and work safety Very good German knowledge (C2) as well as strong communication and team skills Driving licence Class B and willingness to project-related mobility
