You will take care of our customers when it becomes serious and work with your colleagues on the incoming performance proposals of Gothaer Lebensversicherung AG You are contacted directly with customers, intermediaries, contact persons with reinsurers and doctors – by mail or letter, but best by phone On this basis, you will be able to make decisions on performance, taking into account all aspects – from medicine to professional studies – your focus is on examining occupational inability applications. In the case of legal violations, you take care of resignations or contests and take the correspondence with lawyers, courts or judges You are ready to cooperate sometimes in projects on new products or to optimize key figures or processes

You want to help our customers: you can regulate justified claims quickly and confidently, you can consistently defend unauthorized claims against the Insured Collective You are a team player*in, working conscientiously and knowing you in conflicts - even in such situations you keep calm and courtesy You have a certain medical pre-knowledge and know you with life insurance products, especially the inability to work, Insurance terms and their contractual interpretation are not new for you, nor do you think they are dry or boring You have either a training as a merchant for insurance and finance with business training, or you are a lawyer with knowledge of insurance and occupational inability, or you have several years of experience in the field of performance regulation in life insurance
