Project management from the planning phase to the implementation phase to the final acceptance for projects in special machine construction Ensuring compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards Contact for customers and internal departments (engineering, operation, etc.) Coordination of interdisciplinary teams from engineers, technicians and experts Ensuring internal & external information flow Creating and maintaining necessary project documents Identification of innovation opportunities and technical improvements Analysis, assessment and management of project-specific risks Identification and processing of claims throughout the project Continuous improvements in project management processes

Successfully completed technical or scientific studies (e.g. physics, physical technology, engineering in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology) or further education in the state. Technicians (gn) Professional experience and sound knowledge in project management in the field of plant and/or special machine construction Ideally knowledge of laser technology / laser material processing Enforceability, Analytical and Solution-oriented Thinking Communication strength as well as independent and customer-oriented operation German and English language skills Inter/national readiness (approx. 10-20%)
