Office Management Executive (m/f/d)

You guide the reception and office service teams professionally and organizationally. You are responsible for budget planning and control for office management in coordination with the Head of Internal Services. You coordinate the office processes and develop administrative processes strategically. Office projects control your own responsibility and implement efficiency-enhancing measures. You manage the office infrastructure and area planning in compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines. As an interface, you act between internal departments, external service providers and the Head of Internal Services.

A completed commercial training or study in the field of office management, business management or a comparable qualification will be provided. First professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the context of a law firm or a service-oriented company, can be presented. You have a strong leadership and organisational competence as well as a high degree of self-initiative. You already have experience in budget planning and responsibility. With the popular MS Office applications you are very familiar and do a safe handling. You are strong in communication, have a strong team spirit and a professional appearance. Secure English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
