For our customers in a central location in Leipzig, we are looking for a technical master (m/w/d) as part of the transfer of employees. It offers a diverse range of tasks in a professional working environment.

♪ Your future task:

• Ensuring the operational readiness of technical facilities in the building
• small repairs and simple maintenance work
• Control of heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems for their operability
• Establishment and notification of technical deficiencies and introduction of appropriate measures
• Support and instruction of external crafts and maintenance firms
• regular tours for checking buildings and outdoor areas
• Documentation of maintenance, controls and completed work

Your profile for the Hausmeister job with technical focus (m/w/d) – from 19,50 €/h:

• completed training in a craft or technical profession or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience as a master, house technician or technical object care
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed, reliable and careful working
• Friendly appearance, sense of responsibility and team skills
• readiness to work in full time and day shift from Monday to Friday
